If you have bought yourself a domestic car that is so common
that you can’t drive a block without seeing one turn
the corner, you need some 16" rims to help you to stand out.
16 inch wheels can replace your drab 14 or 15 inch rims and
let me say your car or truck will not seem the same. It’s
the best way to give your vehicle character and uniqueness
without spending to much money.
Because 16 inch rims are a smaller wheel you can breathe
easily knowing the price of 16’s will be substantially
less then say 18, 19, or 20 inch rims. Its common to find
quality, durable wheels for size 16 for cheap discount prices,
especially if last years model. Depending which style prices
vary and so do the bargains.
Some people believe 15 inch and 16 inch rims are not as
cool because the tires found for the rims are not as low
profile therefore not as extreme but ratings and reviews
online will say different since the wheel design is what
makes the difference. Some usually tire sizes when shopping
for size 16 is mainly 205 50 R16 which gives the car a sense
of racing style.
A few brands of rims that come in 16 inches for your ride
are American
Racing, BBS, Xon, Sportrux, Tenzo, Techart,
RH Evolution and Sporza.
Keep in mind that some rims and wheels that are 16 inch may
not fit on certain cars like Chevrolet Sunfire’s
and Cavalier’s since the wheel well is not equipped
for size 16 and will rub the wheel well, so doing research
is your best defense.
